Frame Design Studio made this light gray ceramic and wood pendant lamp especially for decor lovers. Frame is a multicultural studio operating between Paris and Mexico. Founded in 2015 by Mexican designer Taina Campos and French designer Jeremy Godel, Frame is at the forefront of contemporary interior design. They reflect their transatlantic roots in the products, and take inspiration from sustainable goals.Tania and Jeremy believe that design is a global process. They founded Frame as a result of this belief. Frame begins work on the local scale, drawing on unique craft traditions. They then expand this, working with artisans to develop their designs. The results are global in their scope, but retain their local cultural soul. Frame’s artisans are deeply passionate, and very invested in their crafts. Tania and Jeremy mirror this passion, and are always looking to develop their designs.This playful piece is called Ensemble, meaning ‘joined’ or ‘together’ in French. This name takes inspiration from the variety of arrangements, sizes, forms and materials it boasts. They are naturally playful and discursive pieces, melding different materials and design aesthetics with unique results. Ensemble is the creation of a collaboration between Frame an the Mexican Gallery of Design, arranged by Design Week Mexico.Frame Design Studio takes two (2) to three (3) weeks to prepare this light gray ceramic and wood pendant lamp.
